Hi, I’m Kelly - a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and USATF Track and Field Coach.
My approach to both bodywork and athletic training is rooted in seeing the body as an integrated system. I believe that every layer - from fascia to biomechanics to nervous system function - plays a role in how we move, perform, and feel. Our bodies tell the story of our past, reflect where we are now, and give insight into what’s possible moving forward.
Whether I’m working hands-on in a massage session or coaching an athlete on the track, my goal is the same: to assess the whole picture and address the root cause of pain, imbalance, or limitation. I tailor every session to meet your unique needs and pride myself on staying current with evolving techniques and research to deliver the most effective care possible.
I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay doing what they love -whether that’s chasing a PR, recovering from injury, or simply moving through life with less pain and more confidence.
