Integrative Bodywork
Integrative bodywork blends multiple therapeutic modalities to create a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan for each client. Rooted in the understanding that no single approach works for everyone, this method draws from a diverse range of techniques to address the unique needs of the body. Each issue is approached with its most effective modality, helping to achieve optimal results. Treatments may include, but are not limited to, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, joint range of motion and assisted stretching, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and acupressure.
Sports Massage
